Baler Cylinder Base Repair

Our customer called us about his baler that took some serious damage. The cylinders base cracked through both 2” thick plates along the welds of the cylinder mount.

Customer ordered in a new base and we got to work on repairing this baler.

The whole base was removed for installation. The new base plates and centre cylinder mount piece were fitted and then welded in. The fishplates for the sides were then fitted and welded in.
